Transitional Living Program (TLP) for males provides both housing, scatter site and independent living services. Adolescents, age 17-21 years, face significant difficulties finding housing in rural areas of the state. The TLP includes housing, an independent living skills training program and the coordination of services that assist eligible youth in the arenas of housing, employment, education, behavioral or physical health, and transportation.
